Origin: Lower third of anterior fibula and lower part of interosseus membrane.
Insertion: Dorsum of base of 5th metatarsal
Concentric Action: Ankle eversion and dorsiflexion
Innervation: Deep Fibular Nerve (Deep Peroneal Nerve) L4, L5 & S1
