This is a Bombardier EBIGate 200 crossing with miniature warning lights. In both activations, two trains passed in quick succession. The alarm increases speed and a warning voice message is played; "Warning, more than one train may be approaching". It is probably quite common here as several trains pass with a short period between each other.
