Deviating slightly from my usual content, let's take a look at the new version 3 of TwoTrees' Sapphire Plus 5 coreXY 3D printer! The SP5 V3 has a build volume of 300x300x350mm, maximum print speeds of up to 300mm/s and now features a direct drive extruder and a Robin Nano V3.1 motherboard running Marlin with TMC2208 silent stepper drives.
Having never used an off the shelf 3D printer before, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to set up and get running even with my limited knowledge about 3D printing. I was basically able to get very good prints off the cuff using the included slicer settings. With Halloween so close I obviously had to print the best Halloween knickknack I found on Thingiverse and Printables!
