So what's different? Aside from the obvious; Stainless Grill Grate (added stability and practical cooking surface) we also increased the Baseplate Thickness by 25% (higher heat tolerance with less warping), and redesigned panels for Decreased Airflow (better initial windbreak and greater fuel longevity). However, the new Premium Finishes are some of the most important changes to us.... because if you're like us, you spend a lot of time in the woods, alone, gazing into your Stöker. Meaning, thoughtful design aesthetics absolutely matter.
