Uganda National Mountain race for qualification for World Mountain Running Championships due to take place in June 2023 in Austria

Uganda has some of the World's best mountain runners. Kapchorwa is also home road and track running champions such as Jacob Kiplimo and Joshua Cheptegei.

I ran the mountain race last year (   • Uganda National MOUNTAIN Race 2022. R...  ) but opted to watch this one instead. Not sure when I will be ready to take this challenge on again!
