Sir Keir Starmer has told the Ukrainian president that British missiles can be used for defensive strikes against targets inside Russia.

Kay Burley asked the new security minister, Dan Jarvis, how concerned we should be about Russian retaliation. He said Ukraine is "a massively important security issue" and the UK has "a massive stake" in what happens in the war.
