A few quick notes from the video:
Exothermic reaction:
Energy is given off
Temperature increases

Endothermic reaction
Energy is absorbed
Temperature decreases

The dependent variable depends on another variable.

The independent variable does not depend on another variable.

Remembering these two quick tricks can save you time for temperature conversions
To convert from degrees C to degrees F, multiply degrees C by 1.8, then add 32.
To convert from degrees F to degrees C, subtract 32 from degrees F, then then divide by 1.8
