Ultimate San Diego Zoo Aviaries 1 Hour with Relaxing Music in 4K. Relaxing Music, San Diego Zoo Aviaries. Calm your mind and body. Used Closed Captions for aviary and bird details. Listen to beautiful music while viewing colorful birds from around the world as we spend time in the large aviaries at the San Diego Zoo. Perfect to relax and calm your mind or to help you fall asleep. Reduce nervousness with these peaceful images and music. Perfect for a walking meditation on the treadmill. The San Diego Zoo aviaries are a great place to spend time at the zoo. In this video we go to the Scripps Aviary, the Parker Aviary, the Hummingbird Habitat, the Africa Rocks Woodland Aviary, and the Owens Aviary. This is my longest compilation of my best shots from hours and hours in all the aviaries at the zoo edited with beautiful piano music.

The Hummingbird Habitat was new to the zoo in 2021. The Hummingbird Habitat is just before the Wildlife Explorers Basecamp and next to the Komodo Dragon area. It features cascading water, orchids, anthuriums, palms and other rare plants reflecting the diversity and beauty of the birds’ native regions—as well as an openwater pool that guests can view from an observation bridge along the pathway. Did you know that San Diego County is home to three hummingbird species?

Then we go to the Africa Rocks Woodland Aviary. There are more than 30 species of colorful birds in this two level aviary. Prominently featured is the beeeater which nests in the rocks and eats bees. You can see them being fed in this video.

The Owens Aviary features birds from South East Asia. They are very colorful and the habitat has some wonderful waterfalls.

The Parker Aviary is just up from the Owens Aviary and features colorful African birds.

The final Aviary in the video is the Scripps Aviary. You can find this aviary by walking down Monkey Trail from the front of the zoo. The aviary was sparsely populated during this visit as it has been all fall. This may be seasonal or in part due to the bird flu that has many of the zoo birds moved off habitat to alternative locations. This includes the eagles, condors, flamingos, and penguins.
