As I said in video, Latios Ultima stumbled upon a glitch with raids currently making them easier. So I had to test this myself and man was he right. I absolutely destroyed this Salamence even though I technically shouldn't have been able to. lol. Will try for a non weather boosted one, I noticed when I won this raid, it was in Windy weather. But it was still WAY too easy.
