Anthony travels to Flushing, Queens to meet his friend, Chris Cheung, and enjoy some deliciously traditional Chinese food. Chris and his friend, Ming, accompany Anthony on an exploration of pigs feet, head cheese, and handpulled lamb noodles. Then, at Ganesha Temple, Anthony meets friends Floyd and Barka to sample an array of Indian vegetarian dishes and dispel some of the unpopular myths of Indian food.
