This was the most incredible MD11 Landing I have ever filmed. The MD11 arrived 10 minutes after a hail shower and while I was still standing there in my wet clothes the sun suddenly showed up right before the landing of this iconic jetliner. The McDonnelDouglas MD11 has very characteristic estethics but it` s sadly becoming a very rare sight cause most airlines replace the aging MD11 with more modern aircrafts.

Western Global has a european homebase at Liege and they operate cargo flights to several airports in Africa. This MD11 arrived from Lagos, Nigeria
