Marcus Huhn always wore his seat belt. Except for some unknown reason he didn't on March 13, 2016. Tragically, the 16yearold rolled his vehicle near Litchfield on his way to work that morning, was ejected and later died.

“One second changed his life,” she said. “That split second where he chose to remove his seat belt, this is our outcome.”
