It was an incredible discovery that shed light on the craftsmanship and ingenuity of the past. It wasnt until months after moving into this house in Germany that was built in 1888 I discovered a hidden loft above the workshop, that was only accessible through a window that was cover with a metal screen and climbing up a ladder to get into. I knew the original owner was a blacksmith and I was really hoping I might find some old blacksmith tools up there, I was pretty amazed with what I ended up finding.
