With PAYDAY3 releasing very soon, this is likely to be the final stealth build for PAYDAY2, and of course the best one. This video explains the build order from 0 to 100, the best perk deck, best weapon recommendations (my weapons are shown as well), and a brief section at the end regarding bots for fast interactions, for the beginners.

This is the build I'll be using for my solo infamy series, so I thought I would make this indepth explanation of everything, to go along with that. Enjoy!
