Our guest for today is an author and a licensed therapist who felt her calling to be a counselor when she was just a girl Rachael Elmore.

As she suffered from some pretty bad postpartum depression in 2011, she knew she wanted to help educate women, especially struggling moms, through that first challenging year of motherhood. She wanted to give back to the community by telling women that their feelings during the pregnancy and after a few months of giving birth are normal even though they think differently.
