Last week I asked a question "What is your purpose in life?" I later realized that many people may not be clear about what their purpose is. I thought I should share some profound examples that may shed some light in this regard. I thought about three men in particular that also influenced a serious change in my life and those men are:

1. Dr Nelson Mandela "It is an ideal which I hope to live for and to achieve. But if needs be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die."

2. Dr Martin Luther King Junior "If a man has not discovered something that he will die for, he isn't fit to live."


3. Steve Biko “It is better to die for an idea that will live, than to live for an idea that will die”

These men really said things that gave me some sleepless nights, trying to figure out what I was born for. What I was prepared to die for. When you look at your purpose in a context these men looked at theirs, I tell you, your life will really count for something. You will leave a legacy. It is about finding that thing that you want to do that will make this world better than you found it.

Lastly, there are two crucial moments in life: 1. The moment you were born (there was joy and laughter welcoming a bundle of joy into this world) and 2. The moment you realized why you were born (this is the moment you realize your reason for being) and most unfortunately some people if not most never get to experience this second crucial moment. Keep searching and always remember that "You Are Born to Win!"
