Uneven Hips and SI Joint Pain

Got SIJ pain, stenosis, uneven hips? We’ve got a simple, daily exercise that can help.

Coach Kalyn is hiked up on the right, meaning she’s compressed in the joint on the right and the disc is likely bulging out to the left.
We’re going to address that by pressing the right heel down as she activates and strengthens the right (weak, lazy) QL to tilt the left side up. You can even use a kettlebell to increase the intensity and further lengthen the right side.

What we’re after is creating more level hips. So while this exercise helps, there is so much more in the membership to help you fix yo s#!t!

You use the awareness you gain and the exercises in the membership to improve, and then you carry that knowledge and hard work over into your daily and gym lives. It’s not easy, but it’s long term and it works!
