There are a few choices of airlines when travelling to Kona, Hawaii and I chose United Airlines for my trip! This video features a connection through San Francisco International Airport, using the United States Border Preclearance program, facilities and the temporary United Club at SFO, United's Economy Plus inflight service and features on their Boeing 757300, and arrivals at Kona International Airport.
