The United Nations (UN) core values and competencies are absolutely crucial to the effective running of the organization and it is important you learn them and be able to demonstrate them during your interview. This is especially the case if you are applying for a UN manager or leadership job, role or position.

Q15. Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?
Q16. Why do you want to leave your current job to join the United Nations?
