Arm Movement Highlights:
1. Overhead Reaches: Stretch both arms towards the sky, engaging your shoulders and opening up your chest.
2. Arm Circles: Loosen up your shoulders and improve mobility with gentle, controlled circles.
3. Arm Swings: Swing both arms out to the sides, promoting flexibility in your shoulders and enhancing circulation.
4. Forward Arm Extensions: Extend your arms and body forward, encouraging full range of motion and strengthening your arm muscles.
5. Jabs or front punching: Strengthen your arm by alternately punching forward wuickly.
6. Arm Cross Body Reach: Reach one arm across your body, feeling the stretch through your shoulders and upper back.
