Gorick Ng is a career coach and advisor at Harvard who specializes in working with firstgeneration, lowincome students. He graduated from Harvard Business School with a Masters in Business Administration, and he himself was a firstgen college student turned Harvard grad.

His book, The Unspoken Rules: Secrets to Starting Your Career Off Right, is a collection of everything he’s learned about navigating the workforce at all stages of your career.
