I have my CT and Pet scans coming up to see where we are on my cancer journey and I would like to say I am not worried, but scan anxiety aka Scanxiety is real. I am working on learning how to manage and overcome my scanxiety but this is my first round of scans post treatment and it is hard. I am hoping I will be able to calm the anxiety as time goes on but right now this is how I am dealing with my scanxiety.

I would welcome prayers and positive vibes please that results are positive!
