step 2 get dark speakerman quest at lobby with the badge
quest : use titan request 10 times
use dark speaker buff ability Y move 20 times
do 10k dmg with dark speakerman
own all speakerman characters (not leg skins)
kill infected titan speaker 20 times
kill upgraded infected titan speaker 1 time
after finishing quest talk to dark speaker again then buy utsm cost 5k points
