Learn THREE key upper back stretches for bad posture and relieve your upper back pain, soreness, and tension. I'll show you stretches that can, with a couple minutes each day, help you fix your posture.

Many of us who work at a desk suffer from poor posture and recurring upper back discomfort due to having to sit and look at a screen for most of the day. Eventually, all this time at the desk takes its toll on our upper backs, necks, and shoulders. Over the long term, it can deform our posture and we can settle into poor postural habits that are difficult to get out of, even when we're not at our desk.

Upper back pain and tightness are typically signs of spending too long in one position. You can reassure yourself that they're rarely a sign of significant injury, pathology, or condition. In addition to these stretches, I'd recommend seeing a chiropractor and make sure it's just simple upper back pain.
