This is a sample upper body warmup I filmed for my Bendy And Strong classes.

I reuploaded it because it cut off at the end of the last one ‍♀

This warmup focuses on stability and strength for the important stabilising muscles around the shoulder and upper back.

This video is not a medical prescription and you need to consult a good physio and a good doctor before engaging in any kind of exercise to make sure the exercise is right for you. Never train through pain, clicking joints, or joint discomfort. If you get pain after performing an exercise, consult a good rehab specialist and do not continue doing that exercise until they clear you to do so.
