Upper Body Stretches - Intermediate Flexibility Flow (Back Chest u0026 Shoulders)

Hi friends! This class is a compilation of some of my favorite upper body stretches and drills to help increase not only flexibility, but strength and mobility as well. We will be focusing on the upper back, chest and shoulders for this sequence.
You will need 1 yoga strap (substitute with a shirt, towel, belt or scarf) and 2 yoga blocks. I really like the cork blocks the best as I find they're sturdy and offer the most support.
I'll be offering modifications throughout this class for you to play around with. Please remember to listen to your body and never force yourself into a stretch or pose that you aren't ready for. This flow is designed for you to come back to and practice on a regular basis.
