A UPS Boeing 7478F aborts its take off roll at Cologne Bonn Airport CGN, due to steering/rudder issue whilst throttling up. As you can see, the pilots commanded a left steering input but the nose wheels didn't bite the runway and steer the plane, thus causing the tyres to rub against the runways surface and create the smoke you see in the video. The aircraft taxied back around and after approximately 15 minutes, it took off for good
