The United States Coast Guard Pacific Northwest performed a dramatic rescue near the mouth of the Columbia River off the coast of Oregon.
After receiving a MAYDAY call, a USCG Rescue Swimmer dove into the choppy waters.
On his way to the distressed boat, a massive wave overtook the vessel, sending the boat into a 360degree roll.
Both the Rescue Swimmer and individual in distress survived the frightening ordeal.
