The processing time for the K1 Visa is getting faster and USCIS are processing I129F petitions quicker and quicker!!

I’m so happy to be able to share this with you and share when you could potentially hear back by and receive your NOA2 from USCIS!

I’m not in any way associated with this website, but I discovered it recently while my fiancé and I patiently waited for our NOA2 so I thought it would be worth sharing to anyone in the same situation as us and to anyone who was wondering how long it’ll take USCIS to process your I129F application.

All the data provided to us are estimates based on the current processing times of April 2024. As a reminder, USCIS will be increasing their fees for the I129F K1 Fiancé Visa from April 1st 2024!
