Kara will be having ACL Reconstruction surgery in a couple of days and Ryan is using NMES Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation to help get her muscles firing stronger than she'd be able to do on her own, before her surgery. This will help strengthen the quad muscle and prepare Kara for a better rehab after surgery. NMES is a very effective treatment after surgery as well.
