The Flow toolpath in Fusion 360 is one of the easiest to program for 5axis motion but ONLY if your solid model has the right underlying CAD 'surface'! In this short video, we show how to use the 3D project command to create a sweep surface to 5axis machine a 1" fillet on a Haas UMC500SS!
