In this video, we will show you how to create and use layer files in ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro so you can easily share layer configurations and standardize layer settings throughout your organization. Layer files allow you to add a new layer to a map with settings such as symbology, labels, scale ranges, definition queries, feature templates, and more already configured.
