How to make fun cookies for Valentine's Day with M&M's and sprinkles.

Ingredients:

1 ¾ Cups All Purpose Flour or Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (210g)
3/4 Cup Oat Flour (60g)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder (2.5g)
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda (1.25g)
1/4 Teaspoon Salt (1.5g)
1/2 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar (96g)
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar (48g)
1/3 Cup Butter, Softened (77g)
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract (10ml)
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Valentine's Day M&M's
1/4 Cup Heart Shaped Sprinkles

Directions:

1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and eggs; beat just until combined. Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture. Beat just until combined after each addition. Fold in the M&M's and sprinkles.
3. Scoop dough using a tablespoon measure, form into rounds and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
