FIX :

If it doesn't work make sure on
NVIDIA PANEL: Adjust desktop size and positions
Select FULL SCREEN
Perform scalling on : Display
turn on the option 'Override the scalling mode set by games and programs'

try the method again, don't forget to switch to letterbox then fill.
