All you’ll need to make Varai Upma :

• 5 tsp Pure ghee
• ½ bowl Samo rice (bhagar)
• ½ tsp Cumin seeds
• 1012 Curry leaves
• 2 Green chillies
• 2 tbsp Peanut
• 2 tbsp Roasted peanut powder
• 2 tbsp Grated fresh coconut
• 1 small Potato chopped
• Coriander
• 1 tsp Sugar
• Salt
• 2 bowl Water
