This time around we're looking at a unique version of the Varney F3; the Deluxe model with the rare V4 motor! Only produced for a short time, these were supposed to be the next big thing in HO scale diesels with highend features and precision engineering, but then disappeared and were practically forgotten. In this video, I'll look through some of the model's history, give it a full restoration and then end with a review!
