Boiled Veal Soup with vegetables is among the ten most popular soups in Bulgaria.
It is a very rich soup, with thick vegetable broth and a piece of meat.
Very nutritious, it is usually served with a mixture of horseradish and vinegar.

2 onions
2 carrots
50g head of celery
2 potatoes 200g
2 tomatoes
1 stick of celery
4 5 black peppercorns
2 pieces bay leaf
1 tablespoon horseradish grated
salt to taste
2 tablespoons of vinegar
