LAY HO MA!! You're in for a real treat. This smoky, cheesy, delicious vegan dipping cheese is easy to make and will make you feel like you're at the cinema! Join me in this episode and learn how to make an easy vegan nacho cheese recipe. Ready for vegan nachos? Let's begin.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cashews
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup water
drizzle of olive oil
1/4 of a carrot
small piece of dried chipotle pepper
splash of lemon juice
chopped tomatoes (optional)
jalapeno (optional)
cilantro (optional)
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients (minus the tomato, jalapeños, and cilantro) into a blender (high powdered blender), and blend on high until creamy smooth
2. Chop up some fresh tomatoes, thinly slice some jalapeños, and chop some fresh cilantro
3. Add to the cheese and serve
