Veg Pulao Ingredients
৫০০ গ্রাম বাসমতী চাল / 500g Basmati Rice
৩ টি মাঝারি মাপের পিয়াঁজ / 3 Medium Size Onion
১ টি গাজর / 1 ea Carrot
১৫০ গ্রাম বিনস / 150g Beans
৩ টি মাঝারি মাপের আলু / 3 Medium Size Potato
১০০ মিলি তেল / 100 ml Oil
৪ টি এলাচ / 4 ea Cardamom
২ টি ছোট টুকরো দারচিনি / 2 Small Pices of Cinnamon
১ টি জয়ত্রী / 1 ea Mace
৫–৬ টি লবঙ্গ / 5–6 ea Long
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
২ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা এবং লঙ্কা বাটা / 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste and Green Chilli Paste
কাজু বাদাম এবং কিশমিশ / Kazu and Raisin
১০০ গ্রাম টকদই / 100g Curd
১ লিটার জল / 1 Liter Water
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
১ চা চামচ চিনি / 1 tsp Sugar
কুচোন ধনেপাতা / Chopped Coriander
১ চা চামচ গরম মশলা / 1 tsp Garam Masala
১ চা চামচ ঘি / 1 tsp Ghee
১ চা চামচ গোলাপ জল / 1 tsp Rose Water
১ চা চামচ কেওড়া জল / 1 tsp Kaora Water
রান্না করে নিন ১০–১৫ মিনিট / Cook For 10–15 Minutes
