Velvet karamel
Biskvit:
5 bjelanjaka
100 g šećera
1 vanilin šećer
100 g oraha
1 žl brašna
Miksati bjelanjke i šećer u čvrsti snijeg, nježno dodati ostale sastojke i rasporediti na pek papir u pleh dimenzija 30x40 cm.
Peći 10 min na 170*
Krema:
700 ml mlijeka
5 žumanjaka
2 pudinga karamel (42g vrećica)
50 g šećera
1 vanilin šećer
150200 g maslaca ili margarina
100 g otopljene bijele čokolade
150 ml vrhnja za šlag
Skuhati puding i šećer u mlijeko. U ohladjeno dodati izradjeni maslac, bijelu čokoladu i čvrsto ulupani šlag.
Ohladjeni biskvit namočiti mlijekom. Premazati polovinom kreme, složiti red petit keksa namočenog u mlijeko, zatim drugu polovinu kreme. Kolač dobro obladiti.
Šlag:
150 ml vrhnja za šlag
150 ml hladnog mlijeka
1 šlag pjena
Miksati sve u čvrsti šlag i premazati kolač.

Velvet caramel
Biscuit:
5 egg whites
100 g of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
100 g of walnuts
1 tbsp of flour
Mix egg whites and sugar until stiff, gently add the rest of the ingredients and spread on baking paper in a 30x40 cm baking tray.
Bake for 10 min at 170*
Cream:
700 ml of milk
5 egg yolks
2 caramel puddings (42g bag)
50 g of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
150200 g of butter or margarine
100 g of melted white chocolate
150 ml of whipping cream
Boil pudding and sugar in milk.
Add mixed butter, white chocolate and firmly whipped cream to the cooled mixture.
Soak the cooled biscuit with milk.
Spread with half of the cream, arrange a row of petit biscuits soaked in milk, then the other half of the cream. Cool the cake well.
Whip cream:
150 ml of whipping cream
150 ml of cold milk
1 whipped cream instant
Mix everything into stiff whipped cream and coat the cake.
Decorate with homemade caramel.
