Why are so many real estate investors obsessed with Vendor Take Back Mortgages?

You probably here myself, Adam Martin, Kyle Ford, Kasey Wong and all the other successful investors constantly talking about why they get excited and why they want often want vendor take back mortgages especially when they are buying larger mutlifamily buildings!

There's a whole host of reasons why an investor would be attracted to a vendor take back mortgage but I think the biggest aspect is understanding the level of creativity one can have compared to dealing with a traditional A lender.
