Vented Ballast Tank for a RC Submarine - principle.
A video explaining the principle of a vented ballast tank. This type of diving system has been used in my VIIB. It allows for all the typical RC submarine manoeuvrers like diving, submerging and "park on ground", even when the vent/snorkel has been flooded.
