In this detailed breakdown, we review the top 20 features of the Ventrac 4520.

The Ventrac 4520 has updated aesthetics that include hood lines, graphics, and side panel changes. You’ll also notice black wheels and ROPS. One of the most noticeable changes in appearance and performance is the 4 LED headlight design. With a 4,000 total lumen output for brighter & broader coverage, this headlight design is optimal for nighttime use.

The central feature of the 4520 is the total hydraulic update for improved performance. This includes new hydraulic pumps & motors for a 33% flow increase. In addition, improved hydraulic relief valves help guard against system failures.

All new hoses and fittings, plus larger return lines allow for improved heat management.
The optional dual auxiliary is added for an improved hydraulic block. And easy access panels have been added to the hydraulic cooler for maintenance and cleaning.

A stronger detent in the float position helps to avoid accidental movement while operating. The updated gauge cluster has a new position & look. A new center main pivot & lower link feature precision ball joints for improved reliability and durability. Additional tiedown points have been added on the hitch arms.

A front grill access panel makes for quick access during service and now with smooth head flange bolts on all common service access panels.

In operator comfort, features include a heated seat option to stay warm in the cold and a customizable foot pedal to accommodate individual foot sizes. PTO & controls have been relocated to a new quick access control panel to the right of the operator. This area features a USB charging port with the ability to charge multiple devices.
