Vertigo (BPPV) - The 'Epley Maneuver' Didn't Work...Now What?

If you've been diagnosed with BPPV (aka Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo), the "Epley Maneuver" is an excellent treatment option.

And while many people experience immediate symptom relief after the first repetition of the Epley, others don't experience any improvements at all...

For this second group of people, what should they do? And why didn't the Epley work for them?
