I’m turning 40 in a few months. I feel a lot better since I’ve come off all gear, except 250 test enanthate one shot a week on Mondays. I was feeling toxic and lethargic. Should I take HCG or just stay on low dose test and how long should I wait to go to 500 T a week and add in some dbol. I’m just going to diet and up my cardio while on low dose. Is this a good plan?

Ron it's a question for your usage, and of course I want the thought of the doc, why you use tren? Most of you tubers coach etc now say that for your cycles you do not need tren cause pretty much all steroids cause nitrogen retention and add muscle so why don't use something healthier and they use tren only when the go for a competition for its favoring nutritioning partitioning under extreme cutting and calorie deficit

Do you think it is safe T3 and T4 on a long run in fact all life long according to good bloodwork results of course ...only for health purpose when you have a lazy thyroid.....here in France i have asked this questions on many endocrinologists and nobody prescribe T3 ....only T4 ....they told me that T3 Can cause severe Heart Issues on a long run despite running bioidentical dosage.
