ist eines der schönsten sogenannten "Brasilianischen Herrenhäuser" in Portugal, also die Villa eines Portugiesen der in Brasilien sein Glück gemacht hat in der Kolonialzeit.
Heute ist es ein excellentes Hotel mit 20 Betten und zugleich ein wunderschönes Museum der Zeit um 1910, alle Räume darf man als Hotelgast ansehen, benützen, geniessen ! Anders als in anderen Hotels gibt es zunächst keinen checkin sondern erstmal einen Rundgang durch das ganze Haus mit der Dame des Hauses, bis hinauf auf den Turm mit herrlicher Aussicht auf Seixas, den Grenzfluss Mino und hinüber nach Spanien !

VILLA IDALINA in Seixas / Portugal is one of the most elegant and exclusive hotels along the Caminho Portugues da Costa. The villa was built around 1910 and the furniture, the bathrooms and a lot more is still the original of that time. The villa was once built by a local, who made a fortune in Brasil and it is a hotel with 20 beds nowadays. As a hotelguest you will be able to use all of the saloons and public rooms of the building plus a large park with swimmingpool.
