Each zone has a Public Dungeon with a number of bosses and a group event to defeat. Completing the group event also awards a one time skill point.

Zatalguch (group event) 4:15 (In the area you must defeat the Flame Atronachs around the glowing orbs. This triggers three more mobs to kill. Do this for all the orbs in the area and Zatalguch will appear).
