Hi! My name is Masum.

I'm talking about my experience doing URINE therapy for the last two years.

I've been drinking my own urine almost daily. Some periods only morning urine and some days almost all my URINE.

Currently I've started again drinking almost every thing and I see the immediate results. Clearer skin (again), more calm and collected, increased strenght.

As a part of my healing process, from emotional abuse, grief and accepting that my life path is different I want to share my experiences with you.
