We spent the weekend indulging in a carnivorous carnival of different meat cuts. I prefer my meat medium rare – because why not risk a little salmonella for flavor, right? We also played games and soaked up some quality friend time. We've started a tradition where each month, one person or couple plays host, "Come Dine with Me" style. This was our third meetup of the year, and it keeps getting better (and meatier). So, who’s the next lucky host? Ready, set, let go.....
