hi friends ! perhaps this video is a little different to my usual, I don't normally feel so bad, but my workload has definitely put a strain on my mental health. don't worry, I feel a lot better already, but I did want to document the way I was feeling to show that things feel bad sometimes and it's okay!!!! things felt so confusing in the moment, but talking about them really helped. I tried my best to just take my mind off how I'm feeling, and focus on things like my work or shopping or trying new drinks etc heheh. at the end of the day, I know the only person that can help me is myself, but sometimes this task feels like too much and you have to kind of retreat into old (perhaps bad) habits for a little while to cope. anyway! I hope this rings true to some of you. if you're feeling bad, it's okay, things will get better soon (they always do) and this time will soon just feel like a distant memory. keep trying your best and it will be ok ᰔ much love!!
